If you have followed the recent development of Napa Valley, you would probably have heard of Realm Cellars, the new golden boy of cultish wines in California.
Realm Cellars was founded by Juan Mercado, a paramedic by training and a true passionate wine lover. Over the years, Realm has gradully gained strong and loyal followers and continued to produce high quality wines from the grapes of To Kalon, which is considered to be the first growth of Napa Valley. Since 2011 with the young and talented French wine maker Benoit Touquette and world renowned wine consultant Michel Rolland on board, Realm Cellars has reached to the level of stardom. Since the vintage 2012, Realm Cellars has been awarded multiple 100 points from Robert Parker Jr.
